Tautomer search

The program is used to find exact chemical structures, written in different tautomeric forms. Also, it is used to find ionic (or polar) chemical structures, anion( cation ) being removed from search.

Next commands can be executed for search:

• Structure search

Performs search in the selected database for a given structure
After search will have been finished, all found structures would be marked with bookmarks – see CheD help.

• SDF compare

  The command should use when one wants to compare content of SD file with a database.
  

• Database compare

  The command is used to compare chemical structures in CheD databases
